Operations Manager

Working location: Phú Quốc

Job description

 - Manage Duy Anh’s retail shops in Phú Quốc International .

- Recruit, train and manage sales and logistics staffs

- Build and maintain good relationship with company business partners

- Demand planning and supply chain monitoring on Phú Quốc end to ensure efficient and accurate product supply to shops

- Reporting and business development proposals

Job Requirements

- University Graduate

- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in retail management/supply chain management

- Good command of English

- Team management skills

- Positive attitude, detailed oriented, good in communication and negotiation skills
