Nhiệm vụ cơ bản: tham gia vào sự thực hiện các chính sách thủ tục Quản lý nhân sự theo luật, 

Đảm bảo nguồn nhân sự cho tất cả bộ phận hàng ngày. 

Hỗ trợ thực hiện và truyền đạt các chương trình đào tạo cùng với Giám đốc đào tạo.

1. Human Resources Manager:

Basic Functions: To be responsible for the daily management of the Human Resources Department assisting with the implementation and administration of personnel policies, practices and procedures.

Assists with the implementation and delivery of training programs in conjunction with the Training Manager.

2. Kiểm soát viên tài chính 

Nhiệm vụ cơ bản: tổ chức chỉ đạo một nhóm kế toán giám sát nguồn doanh thu và chi phí cũng như tất cả hàng hoá tồn kho của khách sạn. 

Kiểm soát tài chính nội bộ cũng như chi tiền bên ngoài một cách hợp lý, trung thực.

2. Financial controller:

Basic functions: Shall organize and direct a team which allows him or her to supervise all revenue and expenses, as well as hotel inventories. His or her mission shall principally to keep the hotel’s accounts and to ensure the administrative management of the personnel. 

The financial responsibilities both internal controls as well as external expenditure must be properly recorded and handled through high integrity and honesty. All financial related matter must be kept in accordance to internal and external regulation of the hotel and relevant authority respectively.

3. Giám đốc kinh doanh và tiếp thị: 

Nhiệm vụ cơ bản: chịu trách nhiệm phát triển tổng doanh thu trong khách sạn thông qua việc tìm nguồn cung ứng, đảm bảo và tối đa hóa tất cả các cơ hội bán hàng.

3. Director of Sales & Marketing:

Basic functions: To be responsible for total revenue development within the hotel through sourcing, securing and maximizing all sales opportunities.

Directs the activities of the internal employees outside agencies on public relations, advertising and direct sales & marketing campaigns. Supervise the quality and standard of all sales promotional aids, collaterals and merchandising items.
