Nha Minh Bungalows is looking for aResident Manager
We are a new boutique hotel located in Ong Lang with 7 bungalows set in a beautiful garden.
What you need to bring:
-Experience in hospitality
-Organisation skills
-Ideas/creativity
-Ability to handle staff in a respectful, positive manner
-Ability to support every department
-Fluent in Vietnamese and English
Your tasks:
Basically you are the person who runs the hotel. You will be responsible to ensure a high quality, hire staff, develop new products, manage finances and report to the directors. You will be in close contact with the guests and staff.
You will be responsible for revenue management, reservations, social media channels and OTAs.
